TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT. 7 West 7th Apartments ("7 West 7th Apartments," “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides text message (SMS) services (“SMS Program”) for marketing and customer care communications. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from 7 West 7th Apartments, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

HOW TO OPT IN TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES. You can opt in to receive SMS messages from 7 West 7th Apartments by checking the SMS consent box on our website's contact form at www.rent7w7.com/contactus. When you opt in, you expressly consent to receive marketing and property management related SMS messages from 7 West 7th Apartments. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provide. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase or rental of any property, goods, or services.

SMS MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES. Message frequency varies based on your account settings and interaction with our services. You may receive up to 10 marketing messages per month, plus additional transaction or account-related messages as needed. Message and data rates may apply. Messages are supported by all major U.S. carriers including, but not limited to, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, and others. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and charges.

HOW TO GET HELP. You can receive help at any time by: (i) filling out the Contact Us form at www.rent7w7.com/contactus, (ii) texting HELP to (513) 776-7989, (iii) emailing us at 7w7@vestiya.com, or (iv) calling us at (513) 776-7989.

HOW TO OPT OUT OF SMS MESSAGES. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages for marketing purposes from 7 West 7th Apartments at any time by: (i) replying "STOP" to any message received, (ii) filling out the Contact Us form at www.rent7w7.com/contactus and entering the phrase “REMOVE ME FROM SMS PROGRAM” and your phone number into the “Message” field, (iii) sending us an email at 7w7@vestiya.com with the phrase “REMOVE ME FROM SMS PROGRAM” and your phone number, or (iv) calling us at (513) 776-7989 and requesting we remove your phone number from the SMS Program. After you opt out, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from the SMS Program. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. Please note that, even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still need to contact you with important information relating to your unit, the management of the property, and other important transactional or administrative information.

SMS MESSAGE MANAGEMENT. We will not knowingly sell your phone number or other information. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may share your phone number with our third-party service providers (including RingCentral or Yardi) for the purpose of sending SMS communications from 7 West 7th Apartments. These providers are required to protect your information and use it only for the specified purpose. Our third-party service providers' privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
